Luigi Lucioni - selected paintings

Luigi Lucioni (Giuseppe Luigi Carlo Benevenuto Lucioni, 4 November 1900, Malnate, Italy – 22 July 1988), Italian American painter and etcher known for his still lifes, landscapes, and portraits, he immigrated to America with his family in 1911.  He only attended school though eighth grade, but at fifteen he was accepted to study at Cooper Union, and at nineteen he entered New York City's National Academy of Design.  He later maintained studios in New York City and Vermont.
