These examples of Roman glass are nearly all of simple shape and utilitarian purpose; I wasn't interested in featuring works of virtuosic technique. I really only looked for relatively modest vessels whose color and surface patina I found beautiful. The images more than suffice, I think, so I'll spare you an ESSAY on Roman glass!
